If you make a few measurements, it might help :)
What does PCD stand for? - Wheelfitment.eu - PCD, Offset, Center Bore, mounting and tire size data (http://www.wheelfitment.eu/what-is-the-PCD.html)

Or, take it down to the local tyre shop who can measure it up accurately. From that you should be able to get an idea of what cars it might come from or fit.

That's a S2 forward control rim.

15 or 16" diameter????
Wernt there army rims for sand tyres in 15" on early series army rovers????.
130 rims are also deep dish 16",the rivets should rule them out as 130 rims.

Hi all, Its a 16" rim x 6.5".
As bearman says ive since found out its a s2a f/c rim.
2b f/c rims were a different part number and were welded not riveted.
I think the man that owns it is keen to sell it. I'll let him know. He only has the one rim.
Thanks everyone.

He also has a set of 4, 16" x 6" widened rims as well. Id like to get them but sadly no $$.
I always find these things when i got no money. Grrr :(
