torque values trans.rear output flange?

howdy all need some help here checked the torque values for the rear output flange nut on the transfer box 300tdi defender.
my Haynes manual says 140nm but the workshop manual says 162nm
which is right?allso what size is the flange nut and
is the front one doable without removing the case cheers all

the haynes manual is just paper mache waiting to happen.

trust the workshop manual.

they are 32mm from memory.

yes, both the flange nuts can be done with the tcase in situe.
