Hi all,
the gas struts in our 08 D3 have lost their oomph. Burson don't list a replacement, but can do it if we know how many newtons and the dimensions. Does anyone know which struts I need, and have a preferred supplier?
Thanks heaps,
Matt

I bought these and the speed of despatch was good and the packing excellent.

Have a search on this forum, there is a thread somewhere that Patrol struts fit.
Just found it but it was for bonnet struts.

All the required info was on mine e.g. pressure, closed and extended length, cold not find any at a decent price.
Had them re-gassed in Cairns, drove in they removed them, I drove off for a couple of hours returned and they refitted, total cost $40 !
About 3 or 4 months ago now 07 D3, still fine can't believe the difference.
My tailgate sagged and I walked into it 4 stitches in the head ! Had to do something !
