ipad and netflix

I recently set up netflix on my ipad so I can connect to my tv. It worked fine for a week but now when i tap the netflix icon it won't open. It just sits there trying but to no avail. I have powered off and re opened the ipad.What am I doing wrong? It is ok on my pc.Jim

I don't have any experience with the netflix app specifically, but the easiest way to "reset" an app is to delete it and then reinstall from the app store. This will often fix an app that keeps crashing.

I will check mine later (both TVs occupied by son on XBox and daughter watching the other with Mum).

We use the iPads for it but also watch Netflix though the Apple TV so haven't tried it using the mirror function.

Thanks for the help. Problem solved by reloading app. Don't ask me what went wrong as I was using it just before it failed. Jim
