Hi Folks......

Spent last week in Brisbane and had the privilege to meet a couple of guys from the L322 Range Rover board. Had a great time with everyone but just wanted to make mention of the time and assistance afforded me by Tim from Traxide.

The pictures attached are a 100A/H deep cycle fitted snugly under the little hatch in the back right hand corner of a 2012 Range Rover TDV8 Vogue. Tim had everything prepared when I got there and he shuddered when I said I wanted to get the big battery in there but he helped me perform surgery on the components that were in the way and whilst he was prone to a little teeth sucking and raising of his eyes........he was as pleasantly surprised as I was when it all went in spectacularly.

Tim, many thanks for your product, your help, your expertise and your endless stories as we worked together, I really enjoyed it. You will be pleased to know that the car has been sitting in one spot since I arrived home on Saturday and yet I still have five red flashes before the green!

Anyone looking for a dual battery system, talk to Tim......he is a credit to his product and a credit to this community!

Tombie, there is a flange around the base of the battery, about 25mm up from the very bottom and there are now two little brackets from a Porsche 993 Turbo holding it in place........always new I'd find a use for those! I'll take piccies next time it is apart!
