Windows and interior help

Hey guys, I havnt really posted here before and can't really find the information I'm looking for. But I'm looking for two things:
A one piece moulded floor/firewall/gearbox covering (rubber) for a perentie. I'm doing some soundproofing and would love to finish it off with a waterproof one piece mould. Non genuine preferable. Had anybody here done any soundproofing on their perentie? And has anybody covered their footwells with a moulded flooring?

And also, I have a county roof on my perentie and would ideally like to replace the rear side windows with sliding windows. Does anybody know where I could find some of these, or has anybody attempted this before? I've found ones to for defenders, but without measuring, they look too big.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the international sites for v8 110 trim/mats. There are off-the-shelf soundproofing kits, and moulded interior trims available. AFAIK the V8 firewall and Perentie are the same. Defenders are different.

I can't speak to the Defender/ County side window issue other than to say that the distinction between the two models is arbitrary - very little changed from 1991 to 1992. The Defender name came into use to distinguish from the Discovery. I think the distinction in the windows will be between Hard Top and Station Wagon windows - the Hard Top (2 door) side windows are smaller, even with Defenders.

Remember that in the UK (and other markets) County is a specification, usually involving carpets, heated seats etc. It is possible to get a Defender County. The correct model name before Defender is a One Ten or "110". This will help when looking for UK-sourced parts and accessories.

The sliding windows in factory 110 hardtops are the same as the window at the back of a truck cab. That said, I think you'll have a very hard time finding any. Aftermarket caravan windows might be your best bet.

I can measure mine when I get home if you like, I have a 2000 Defender.

I am thinking of putting in gullwings so if they fit you can buy mine when I get the wings (completely dependant on when I actually buy them, and then get around to installing!!)
