There have certainly been at least 1 high profile case that was on this forum at one stage, but I don't think LR will have any more issues than the likes of Jeep, etc. All Manufacturers sell the occasional dog - which the public need protection against.

Now in a 200 L/Cruiser still touring Oz after being treated "inappropriately", shall we say, by Land Rover, if it's the person I'm thinking of?
