Saw the new movie last Sunday, I did enjoy it!!:D I like science fiction, but not crappy stuff, must be a good quality movie.:D

I think the new Star Wars movie should have been call "The Force Repeats". How you make multi millions by dishing up the same story I'll never know.

I think it's been done deliberately.
Keep it simple to ease the die hard fans into the new story line with a familiar structure.
The next two will be different, particularly as JJ Abrams isn't directing them.
I still enjoyed it.

It's called marketing, how many other movies have gone on and on with repeats. I notice they have introduced a new robot thingo called BB something or other, great for sales in the toy shop.Money, money, money!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed it but the attack on the starship was a repeat of the first movie. Also, is Hans Solo really dead? The new jedi Rey is great though.

Went and saw the new star wars. Not a stand out, but a solid effort. Far as I can tell it is a duel film. One that pays homage to the old cast and films but at the same time introducing a new young cast . Then also sets up a story line for further films. Next film I would suspect will be more focused on the new cast and story and less on the old star wars.
