Ok, so first off thanks to all those with more knowledge than I who imparted of it for my benefit. Big thanks there.
I went through the advised actions and did a bit more research. I made a video which is on youtube or you can see the link here

As mentioned before I had all new HD drive flanges front and rear installed by M.R Auto they converted me to oiled bearings setup and also put in a new afram ball joint, HD track rod and HD drag link too. So im confident there. Also had all new superpro's that i put in as well.
Seems the noise im hearing is rear prop, I havent ever changed one before ( i have done uni's before with my old dad on early holdens etc ) so it looks like there are a few areas between the transfer and rear diff for slack. output flange? uni's and prop its self,
Im not sure how much play or banging is normal I only know its gotten a bunch louder quite recently after the work was done.
If possible Im hoping to get some more advice after viewing the video. Cheers guys. As always the forum is my best resource.
