Where to buy a Wastgate? Or do I just go VNT?

So $440 bucks for a waste gate seems extravagant, I've seen new Garretts for the same price outright. Anyone got a lead on a cheap source.. I was gonna hit the wreckers for one too, I can't justify $440 on a waste gate for a turbo with 250K on it.

I'm already running the new Allisport inter cooler and have a newer NNN ECU from Jose at TD5 Inside. Maybe I should just upgrade the TD5 to one of his units... I'd be selling blood at the moment to pay for it but it would be nice.

Any suggestions or anyone have one laying around that they want to part with?

It's a 2000 TD5 defender FYI.
