Here are pics of my Disovery Sport. It is a HSE Luxury, fitted with panoramic roof, Ebony headlining, Xennon Pac and Blind Spot Monitoring.

Nice colour.
I'd be interested to hear what you think of it after a few months.

I have had it for 6 mths and done 10k, but all on tarmac, no probems to date. It has sufficient power. The main concern is cost of accessories, Towbar $2700, Mud flaps $600+ for 4. I currently have a wish list costing about $6000.

They're crazy prices, especially for items that should be standard on such a vehicle.

What motor is in your HSE?

I had one as a loan car today,I wondered how many gears it had, they seemed to keep coming.Lots of low speed grunt, pleasantly surprised.
This had the glass roof and it was black, not the best car for a 38degC day.
I quite enjoyed steering it.HOWEVER,when I got back into my MY14 D4,I thought that was nice, this is loverly;);););) Air suspension on that Sport would really make it a top vehicle.

(bigger engine too but you get my point)

Cheers,

PS .... your Disco Sport looks sharp. Shame about the accessories $$. The unfortunate consequence of being "first of its kind" I think.

I followed a few Discovery Sports on a Landrover Experience day.

The morning session was an easy drive thru the Toolangi state forest.

Many of the drivers had not even driven on gravel before.

By the afternoon they were driving up much harder & steeper tracks.

One particular track was very steep which you would normally engage low range - the DS's made it up ok with the terrain response engaged and working well.

They were regularly lifting a wheel
