Remarkable working models.

As with boat models. There is often less work in building a sailing dinghy you can sail than a working model.

Someone should commission our Asian manufacturing partners to make a working model about a 800 to a metre long so we can become obsessed and spend our time playing. I wouls see every father/ grandfather wanting to purchase one for a kid in order to play with it yourself...or why not have our own.

Ive got a few versions of scale 4x4 RC's. Home made toyota's Patrols's, i should in the next week be taking delivery of 2 D90 bodies to make a 110

here is a pic of it getting ready to post, the detail is just fantastic. i can't wait to remove the patrol body and replace it with this.

Here are pic's of my oly troopy and the Patrol, the troopy is made out of aluminium sheet and the patrol is made on a home made vacuume former.

Some may have heard that he who dies with the most toys wins ;)
and other just like to drool over toys:( while they are unable to work on their pride and joy in the driveway,as some one said in these posts we want it bigger.so if these foto's don't cause a riot:D i will post some more if wanted.the larger the model the better i say.
So to satisfy some of my newfound AULRO friends

Ha ha ha, I love watching these.

It's been asked before but does anyone know where you can buy these complete.

eBay have the shells but you have to buy a driveline and put them together.

I want a complete unit ready to go out of the box.

Dunno, I've seen you after a few at a campfire. I reckon you'd drive into the fire! :D (Or was it me that had the few? I get confused. :( )

Not quite out of the box but a little assembly & you will be off:

Gelande II Truck Kit w/Defender D90 Body Set (http://store.rc4wd.com/Gelande-II-Truck-Kit-wDefender-D90-Body-Set_p_3248.html)

You will have to make your own power bulge if you want to make it a Puma version!

Thanks for that Avion. Looks great.

Ha ha ha I'm still too lazy to put it together, well I suppose not lazy I just don't have that sort of time.

I might have to buy it and pay some hobby shop or kid to put it together.

I'd prefer a 110 if anyone knows of....

Hi Babs, They do 110's as well, if you look down the bottom of the page, but they aren't on special.
