Finally got around to posting the EGR Emulator.
It has been fitted to the D3,D4 and RRS 2.7 TDV6 and also the RRS TDV8
It's has been on sale at Jordan Rover Tech over the last 6 months.
It had lots of testing over the 18 months prior to going on sale. It works great and doesnt cause any fault codes.
Every time a set has been fitted it has been noticed that the engine sounds quieter at idle. Its not surprising because both EGR's are normally open at idle.
Fuel savings on all tests have been between 8 and 12%
Kiss good buy to Smoke, Fault codes, gunked up map sensors and squeaking valves
No remap or Patch file needed. Just plug and play.

each kit comes as 1 pair of emulators and includes fixings. They take Approximately 20 minutes to fit. If your EGR's do not cause a fault at idle then then once the emulators are plugged in they will stay shut for good. If either of your EGR valves are stuck open then you will need to buy blanking plates.
