Gday

I am now figuring these anchorage plates (number 1 in the first pic) that fit to the upper corner of the rear body side panel.

The donor panel had these anchorages held on only with the small studs from the "stud plate" that hold the seal strip on (number 5 in the second pic).

It has elliptical holes that fit over the rivet tails of the upper corner reinforcing bracket (see the photo - ex google- mine's not so beautiful yet).

There are another two holes that match a hole in the forward fold of the side panel and a further two that match the side-to-roof bolts.

Can anyone show me a photo of the assembly or advise on whether there is more to it?

I did find these google pics - amazing that more detail of this is so hard to find.

The first shows a similar set-up to my donor with apparently only the small bolts from the "stud plate" holding it on- tho the top edge has some trim over it.

The second is the older set-up apparently superseded for the rear seats in 1986 but still appearing as valid on some parts websites e.g. Brookwells

I will try remember to take a pic of my '86 county tonight. I'm pretty sure it's similar or the same as the pic with the green wall.

I'm interested to know if there are (and how many) other bolts - anticipating two at the top (through the side/stiffener and roof) and two at the front edge

Thanks again
