NZ: Want to help our Kiwi cousins buy a beach?

It seems that a little bit of private land in a Kiwi paradise within the Abel Tasman National Park is up for sale.

A couple of local Kiwi's have set up a crowdfunding campaign to buy it for all Kiwis (and us Aussies who may want to visit sometime).

I don't know if any other members of the forum contributed, however the crowdfunding campaign to buy a little bit of NZ and gift it to a NZ national park has been successful. 39,249 Kiwis and others raised NZ$2,278,171.09
