a bit confused where to start looking.

when i set the aircon to HI, it puts out hot air
when i set the aircon to LO, it puts out cold air

when i set the aircon to 26, it spits out cold despite being 15 degrees inside n out.

im assuming internal air temp sensor???

If your motor is not up to temp it may spit out cold air! The heater relies on warm coolant to heat the air coming into the cab.

It's also worth trying the a/c on recirculate when you want to heat.

If the external sensor seems correct, then the internal one would be the next thing to look at

Do you have any diagnostic gear?

i would of said the exteral sensor is within reason. hmm. it does over report a bit if its been sitting in the sun.

where's the external sensor?

yup, i have a nanocom. what should i be looking for?

I seem to remember that the HEVAC section showed the readings from both temperature sensors.

Also the external one does not give correct readings until you have driven for a certain time

Good luck
