Oil Pump Plunger

How do i remove the plunger from the oil pump ?

Do you mean the pressure relief valve? Remove the hex headed plug and the valve along with the spring should make their bid for freedom! Failing automatic self removal a gentle bumping on wood or some low pressure air will do the trick. Cheers Scott
