oil in brake booster

Can someone help with details of a vacuum hose oil trap for the brake booster on a D3?
I have replaced the booster once and was advised to fit a oil trap but I could not find one then and not the booster is failing again.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

According to Land Rover there are no outstanding recalls due for my D3 @.7 HSE

The dealer probably fitted the new hose - but forgot to check for oil already inside the booster. Has happened before - too many times.
