rover head wear

bit confused with measuring points on my rover v8 head thickness specs ,i know these are measured in 2 places ,my measurements are much bigger than i'm reading in d2 workshop manuel,could some one give confirmation on locations and mesurements regards:confused::wasntme::censored:

thanks old mate ,that's why my measurement didn't correspond,i didn't know of 2 diff heads.I assumed there was only one ,bye the way I have a variance of up too 0.010" measuring down through bolt holes onto straight edge thick sheet of tempered glass even though heads skimmed,thinking just bolt hole variance as head face fine.regards thank you:D:p:cool::wasntme:
