bluetooth connection dropping out

Hi, I have a 2015 HSE SD4 DS and use an iPhone 6 (iOS 9.2.1) and on hands free the bluetooth connection has started dropping out every couple of minutes during a call, it eventually reconnects but is quite frustrating - is anyone else experiencing this? and any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi Terra. I have the same model as you. We use iPhone 4 and 5S without any problems. I'd suggest delete the pairing from both car and phone then re-link them. Do you have other phones paired? You may need to delete some of them. Also check your phone software is up to date. You may need to switch your phone off and then back on again if you haven't turned it off for a while. Might just reset something. If possible try using another phone the same model and see if you get the same fault. If you don't experience the same problem then your phone has issues. If you do get the same problem then it's time to visit your dealer for a possible system reset and/or software update.
