If it doesn't seem to match any of the official Defender colors over the years, then a auto spray painter will be able to match it based on a good image. They can also do tests so that you can hold a piece of metal in your hands and see if it's right.

Yeah there's no issues getting the job done just wanted to source some other examples of it in use :)

It's a Series III so maybe have a look here http://www.landroverseries.org/paint-codes.htm or here https://www.paintman.co.uk/colour-identifier/series-3/

Of course it may not be a standard LR colour, plus colours can change in different lighting conditions.

Definitely! It's a great rig. This seems to be the only other example of the colour I can find, although with a slightly different shade perhaps.
