I have a customer on line who had his D2 sitting without use for 1 week. He informs me he can't unlock his D2 with the fob anymore.
I asked if he had a EKA code, he informs me the pin on his door lock has come off so he can't open the door even if he had an EKA.
How can he break into his D2 to unlock his doors?
Apart from a brick, any one accessed their D2 another way.
Cheers, Mario

If the vehicle has a flat battery you can provide power by connecting jumper leads to the chassis and the starter motor terminal that is wired directly to the vehicle battery. Also try replacing the button battery in the key fob.

PM sent, though it will still be immobilised without a working fob

Any success?
It sounds a little like a flat battery, as has been suggested you can charge it from the starter motor main cable.

i'll slip a PM with the method we used at a camp rather post it up publicly.

Hi Kyle I rang him this morning , your right it's a dead flat main battery.
He's just had major surgery, so is unable to crawl under it to access the cables. I pull a call out in the breakdown section to see if any one in the Seaford area can help him.

My understanding is that if it has been locked using the key fob the doors become deadlocked.

Smashing a window will not allow the unlock switch to work and you can't unlock them.

Good point though it depends on the BCU setting cos it's possible to set the superlock to work only on second press of lock button or to be disabled completely, i set mine for second command and activate it only if i leave the car in a risky place;)
