Any ideas on how to remove these? I'd like to clean them and add new elastic.

I strongly suspect you are going to have to drop the roof headlining :mad:

Just checked RAVE and there is no mention of removing the stowage nets when removing the headlining. So Steve is most likely correct in that they are fastened through the headlining.

And they often crack when trying to remove.

I'm so glad I didn't force it. :)
I will have the headlining replaced so I'll clean them up them.

I removed mine when I replaced the head lining,
Removed the entire roof lining shell and unclip the connectors from the back once you have it out of the vehicle.
