headlamp and roo bar bust

Hi,
I have just broken the lens on the driver's side headlamp on my Disco 4.
Can the lens be replaced or will I need a new headlight unit.
Probably will need to sell the kids into slavery to pay for it, unless someone knows a cheap place to buy one.
The plastic nudge/ Roo A bar also shattered. Any ideas where to get one of those? Or is my local (Melbourne) dealer the only place.
Haven't had chance to see how difficult it is to replace A bar but I guess not too hard.

I wouldn't waste any money replacing the plastic nudge bar. ;)

For what they'll probably be asking for a new one, you could probably go out and find a decent steel bulbar that will do the job properly. There's cheap ones around if you look for them ............
