Numinbah Easter 16

A few of us enjoyed the peaceful camping at Numinbah during the Easter break. I was surprised with how small the numbers were at the campgrounds given that usually Easter Holidays are crammed with campers everywhere.

Saturday a bunch of members came down for a day trip and we all sat in/around the creek. I believe a couple more came down Sunday afternoon.

Sunday morning Grimace and I went to investigate a possible location for future trips - there are possibilities with this, although not so good in wet weather but might be a great spot to hold DARES.

You forgot to mention the evening drowning :p

I had a tyre issue (i hate tubes) and no spare so made my way home sunday stopping a few times to pump up my front left... then 2km from home my rear left decided it didn't like me and completely went coming off the rim. Quick flatbed ride home on easter sunday, whip out the trolley jack and impact wrench and now sitting on 33's again :twisted: Saturday in the creek made it all worthwhile though
