Sat Nav

Just about to pick up my 2013 Freelander 2. The car comes with the 7" touch screen and the buttons for Sat Nav but there is no Sat Nav installed. Is there anyway to install Sat Nav onto this device?

So far the most economical option I found for fitting Navigation into a 2013 onward FL2 is these guys:

I have looked into retrofitting the factory system with hard disk Navigation but the parts are very expensive, never turn up 2nd hand and if you want to update the maps it's only possible via a JLR dealership i.e. big $$$'s

Thanks, don't think I'll bother. I was just seeing if it was an easy fix but apparently not. I'll have to use my phone or get a separate device. Thanks for everyone's help.
