Front Wheel Bearing replacement

Just about to replace my front wheel bearings on my Discovery 3 MY05.
Thought I read somewhere that the tension on thr 35mm nut had been reduced from 350nm but I can't find where I read that.
Any one got comments?

Just reading the D4 WSM and nut is 230Nm for the front half shaft retaining nut, and to stake the nut once fitted - new nut must be fitted each time.
