Service Indicator D3

Hi Guys, My latest my09 D3 dosent seem to have a service indicator. When you turn the ignition on it goes straight to kls and trip. My old my05 had this function but doesnt seem to be there on my latest one. I have used the Nanocom to reset the service interval for annually and bi annually but it says fail to reset is this normal in the later D3's

Mine is an 09 D3 & it has a service indicator, comes on for a few seconds when you start the car if a service is due by Km.
Don't think it comes on for time.
It tells you how many Km over the service KM you are.
