Help Id hf or Vhf radio antenna

I need help on this, as this is the antena that belongs to 112 502.If we can work it out it may lead to the correct radio and solve some of the mystery holes. I believe Military and long rang being survey in remote areas.

It's has been worked this is not a radio antena it's the tirfor winch handle storge, so the question still stands what radio, As you would still need one for out back travels.
