Replacement engine mounts

Hi,

I've got a bit of an issue with my D2 V8.

It keeps breaking engine mounts.
The ones in there currently have done less than 3000km.
When I replaced them last time I also replaced the gearbox mounts.

I'm wondering whether any of you have had a similar issue and what you have done to rectify the problem.
Is there any known heavy duty upgrade for them.

My D2 is twin locked, running 33's and 4" lift.

Did you replace with genuine mounts? There are many stories of aftermarket mounts failing after a few months..

I've had everything in there from cheap and nasty to genuine and they all failed within 12 months. :censored:

I've ordered a set of heavy duty mounts from the US, hopefully these should rectify the problem. :D

Have you checked the transmission mount and transfer case mount?
