Toyota 2.8 3L tacho sender needed.

I'm searching for a new or used tacho sender unit (screws into the side of the injector pump) for my old '91 4runner but searching Google isn't helping me much. Any ideas on where I should try first (on Monday) will be greatly appreciated. I'm doubting Toyota would still service the part and the price would probably cripple me but I might try them just the same. There's All 4x4 as well but are there any other suggestions ?.
