D2 TD5 Manual.
fitted 285 75 16's and found 1st gear way too tall, (expected)
Changed to defender transfer case, this gave me back the CDL also :)
HOWEVER, doing this has caused a fault to be logged.
now engine speed (Crank Angle Sensor) and wheel speed (ABS) are out of bounds.

What is the fix?

From what I have read I need to install a Speedo correction unit such as a TruSpeed or similar? Will this fix Cruise control?

Is this the only way or best way?

Where are such unit available from?

A C6100-4 from Hunter DI Spares should sort you out.
