What is the quickest / easiest way to change the rear axle (disk to disk)on a RR

Buy a new RR.

Put vehicle on stands. ( chock front wheels)

remove shocks.
remove brake line (floor to axle).
remove bolts holding Aframe to ball joint mount (2 off)
remove bolts from rear lower links.

roll axle out. or drag. trolly jack most useful..

you could also undo the brake calipers and tie them up out of the way
so you dont have to bleed the brakes.
