FL 2 cartridge oil filter

Some help with FL2 oil filter please. Despite fairly firm treatment I cannot remove the cartridge from the housing bowl (the bit that screws off)
What's the trick? Thanks Joe

I was hesitant to pull too hard but that's what you have to do. It is just clipped in.
