So on this ill fated adventure to Janowen hills, I was silly and went through a large gully too fast and popped the rear bumper out of its clip.
It was an easy fix, it helps if you jack up the car to give better access to the mud flap screws.
1. Remove the three screws to the mud-flap
2. Remove the three inner plugs on the wheel arch
3. Remove the three outer plugs on the wheel arch
4. Pop off the wheel arch
5. Remove the inner and outer plug hidden behind the wheel arch behind the mud flap
6. Pull the bumper out of its clips and reseat.
7. Put it all back together
7. The clip holding the bumper on has distorted a bit, so I removed the taillight to investigate, ideally I'd buy a new clip but then I'd have to remove the bumper to fit it most likely as theirs not a lot of room to access the two bolts on the clip
