Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the CTEK Battery Sense?
Every couple of weeks to once a month I run around with my multimeter checking the voltage levels on different batteries (7 in total) which takes about 30min. Most of this time is in accessing the batteries. I was looking for a solution and thought this might do the trick. CTX BATTERY SENSE (http://www.ctek.com/au/en/chargers/CTX%20BATTERY%20SENSE)
I have hunted around and found them for $72 each but also see some people have had issues with connecting to them and a lot of requests for a voltage reading opposed to the percentage reading. A user selectable option for either/both would be nice and I am sure will come.
Two questions I haven't been able to find an answer to:
What is the sampling rate, unit reads and transmits the state of charge?
What's the capacity of the unit to store historical data?
Given the free postage I think I might order one and give it a go.
Cheers,
Ben
