Gday everyone

I have finally taken the plunge and my defender will be driven away buy it's new owner on sunday😥
The decision I need to make is second hand hse 2013/14 with low Ks or brand new tdv6 with all the options I want. We are planning a caravanning trip for about 6 months so thinking the higher out put hse maybe the way to go. The van is a family van and I'm guessing will be getting close to the 3000kg. Any opinions will be appreciated thanks.

Going new will give you a car with a full warrany.You may be limited in what options are available now as the factory will be stopping production to re-tool for the Discovery 5.

There's still quite a few of the SD's around which have the same engine variant, but as Andy says, you may not get "all" the options you want.
A lot of incoming cars have been upgraded to start with though.
