Hello all,

I fitted a terrafirma 2" lift kit a couple of months ago, all good!
Now I would like to do some more upgrades on the suspension, sway bars, swing arm, ...?

What are the suggestions here of what to replace and what brands?

Thanks already!

If you've got a bunch of extra cash to burn, then replace your shock absorbers with Bixstein's.

Other than that it depends what you are trying to achieve. What is the vehicles suspension not currently doing for you or not doing well that you would like to change?

Likely not the +2" models though.

I hear a knock in the left front end, I think its the sway bar so I was thinking of replacing them anyway.

What are you actually trying to achieve?

If you just want to fix the knock then it's probably just worn bushes. No need to replace the swaybar, just it's bushes.

If you replace the swaybar with a larger diameter one (I don't know if anyone actually offers one for the D2's) it will likely result in better on road handling. But it will be to the detriment of offroad capability as will likely reduce articulation - hence why swaybar disconnects are popular for offroad use.
