MOST Test Form

Does anyone know how to use the MOST Test Form that is found on the hidden diagnostic menu? I'm having trouble with my Harman Kardon HiLine sound system but don't know if it's the head unit or the amp. Thought the MOST diagnostics might help in some way.

Start with having the MMC firmware checked - you may be in need of the upgrade.
