Blank Hubs for Trailer

Hi,
can any one advise where I can buy blank hubs that take Holden Wheel Bearings that I can drill out to Landrover Discovery Series 2 stud pattern to convert my trailer to alloy disco wheels?

Look in the yellow pages for trailer parts. Most decent sized businesses should have blanks. I got mine and got them drilled from Martins trailer parts in WA. There has been som discussion and issues with getting D2 hubs for trailers on the forum but it should not be a huge problem.

I have read somewhere that he D2 shares the stud pattern with commodores / bmw or similar ?

I have Ford hubs on my trailer which match the D2 steel rims.

You'll probably find that they are holden rims with Ford bearings Ford bearing are bigger and more heavy duty, Ford has a PCD of 114mm and holden has PCD of 120mm same as the DII.

Alltrailerspares only have the Disco 1 hubs, they will do a hub for you but won't put Landrover studs in the hub, will only put the studs that they put in all the other trailer hubs which don't have the same thread pattern as the DII so will not interchange with the tow vehicle, if this doesn't bother you then go and see them.

Melbourne trailers did my hubs.

Yes not the easyest thing to get
Wanted to put D1 hubs on my 8x5 750kg box trailer (un braked)
Of cause it has holden bearing (LM) cant get hubs of the shelf
Now if I had ford bearings (slimline)
I could get them of the shelf from AL-KO
but with their 9/16 studs not the LR 16mm 1.5pitch
AL-KO cant drill a slimline hub
because the LR PCD 6.5" is to big for thier hubs

My auto shop found a trailer place that will make a pair of hubs on LM bearing for $160 the pair with 9/16 studs.
Just going to pull thier studs out and put LR studs in
looked at changing the axle to one with slimline bearing but that was $150
then I still had to buy the hubs
