Unknown plug and remounting electric brakes

Anybody have any idea what this green Tyco plug would be for? It comes from the main wiring loom behing the fuse box....

Any ideas on what to do with this electric brake solenoid would be great too. I'm trying to mount a traxide dbs and its smack in the way....https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/imported/2016/08/1137.jpg

Going to try tuck them into the fuse box somehow. Stumped as to why when have power coming from the fuse box and the batter terminal when they're different ends of the same cable...

These may possibly be 2 seperate things??? Come to think of it one of the solenoids head under the car to the trailer plug and the other heads down the same track as traxide =S

Sorted the solenoids. Pushed them down the fuse box gap. Had more room leftover than i thought. Probably could have left them where they were. That battery is deceiving!
