Still trying to get this truck on the road. Is there an adjustment on the angle of this lever. Selecting H range the knob is hard against the seatbox and difficult to engage. It isn't jumping out when engaged just difficult to push the lever back far enough. Is there a longer lever or should I try and straighten slightly with a hammer... after removal.
Also with the vacuum hoses, what is the inside diameter.
Many thanks,
David

The lever arm is curved to keep it in the same position in the seatbox hole as the shaft on the box rotates, so straightening it is going to be a bad idea as it will result in up/down movement relative to the hole.
Strange that its that hard up against the seatbox as everything is pretty much fixed in position.

Are your engine/gearbox mounts in good condition? Do you have additional carpet or heat/noise shield foam etc on the front of the seatbox?

You might be able to get a small bit of movement forward on the knob by selecting low range, loosening the clamp bolt on the arm and then pulling the knob a bit further forward before re-tightening the clamp bolt.

I'm thinking 4mm for the vacuum hose, but not sure. Pretty sure I used some of the small irrigation tube from Bunnings as a temporary hose at one point.

You obviously know your lt95. I will try selecting low range and try to move arm forward. The lever has a small grove that snuggles up to the locking bolt. I have cut all trim to the metal box but would like to put back the rubber grommet. Gearbox and engine mounts new. Will look into this once I find some vacuum hose.

I'm merely an infant in LT95 land compared to many here ;)
My theory (hope) is that in low range the selector shaft won't move any further forward, and you might just get a small bit more movement of the arm.
