Spotted at Pick A Part in Kilsyth, Vic, 1999 V8 Auto. The gannets have been at it, but reasonably complete. Most interior trim is there, but the main thing is the 7 seat stuff is all there, and in good nick, cloth trim, if anyone's looking.
Don't bother looking for the ABS module though.

Sorry, only three cars there, the other two were D1s. I got the high tail lights, but they were the early type.

Actually, I didn't notice, perhaps because I'm so used to the one on mine. I have to go back ( they have to lift one of them so I can get the side steps off ), so I'll have a look. I'm not sure the car was an original 7 Seater, 'cos it had coils, but who knows if that was changed sometime? In colour and trim it's identical to mine... pity I don't need panels and trim... It does have roof bars if anyone's interested.

Alas, no CDL. First thing I checked. Internals are there...

Rear shocks still there? I could do with a spare while I sort out the bushes on my Pedders.

Didn't Pedders have the bushes?

Not for that model. They wanted to sell me a new shock.

Haven't been back yet, so I'll take a look. I'm actually VERY tempted to pull the auto and T/C, prices they charge.

Trouble is Pick a part in Kilsyth you have to lie in the broken glass and stuff on a oily dirt floor.
Try Jollys in Dandenong, they have concrete, the the place is swept daily. Must better if you have to work under a wreck.

Also trollying your stuff is smoother on concrete than the mud at pick a part.
There's a D1 there also

Very true, Mario, but the thing is, there's a D2 at Pick a Part, right now, with things people here may want. Is there one at Jolly's? If I go there, and I see one, I will post it here also. :):)

Yes D2 at Jollys, most of the good bits have been cannibalized, the motor trans and auto were still there but as with anything from the self serve wreckers you risk buying a dud. Things like motors and autos etc, you don't know the history as to why is it at the wreckers? Especially if there is no obvious signs like been in a frontal collision, where you assume the vehicle must have been drive-able to get into an accident. When you see a car at the wreckers with no body damage, then to me I would assume it is there for mechanical reasons. It can be a big effort to pull these out and then find they are stuffed.

Agree with all that, but sometimes the owner just can't be bothered, and rings one of those blokes with an old tow truck and gets him to drag it away. Those cars nearly always end up at places like Jolleys or PaP,Thing is, the prices they charge it can easily be worth it to pull something that's hard to get or usually costs the earth and do it up.
