The manifold studs have snapped off (front and rear), So is the procedure to drill and tap them out and replace them and do i just use aftermarket ones and cut the webbing out of the manifold and machine it flat?
And put it all back together and should be good?
Thanks

pretty much, dont forget to elongate the studs for pots 1,2,4,5 and use domed washers under the nuts to allow the manifold to "walk" a little with the varying heat load.

So do i make the studs longer? becuase i want to buy normal aftermarket ones, and the washers do they have to be any special type of material? Like Copper?

Get the manifold flat, and ceramic coat it while it's off. Only costs around 100 bucks or so, and reduces the heat considerably.

I would also suggest purchasing some landcruzer gaskets cant remember what engine but there sold as 6 so you will have one spare
I also have a warped manifold
I decided to use a better quality and thicker gasket to pull me out the **** than the silly paper thin TD5 gasket
it was supposed to be a temporarily fix
been 2 years since I haven't blown out any studs with a warped manifold
