I'll have to be at home these on the computer tonight. Love watching steam machines in action.
We head off to the "Steam Rally's", events every now and then with a few from here for something to do. It's great seeing them do they're stuff, powerful, quiet achievers.

Excellent stuff.
I grew up in Manchester, right next to the famous Beyer Peacock Works, (about 5 mins away!), which works produced many Aussie steam Locos.
We all wanted to be "Engine Drivers", & "Trainspotting" was a popular & everyday occurrence.
I also obtained my Aussie engine driver's "license", when I did the most excellent engine driver's "experience" at the V.G.R. Maldon,.....getting to drive a steam engine for a day was (is?) every boys dream in my school boy days.
Never lost my love of steam,...and the smell of it!
