Chequer plate for around the bonnet hinges?

Anyone know of any cheques plate products for around the bonnet hinges and perhaps in-between the hinges?
I've seen someone post a link to a German manufacturer somewhere in here, but can't find the comment. I do recall it being ludicrously out of my price range but figure it is a good place to start.

If nothing exists, recommendations on where to get something made?

There are many different manufacturers, the Germans always seem to have the best finishes on their products, but you certainly pay for it...

I seem to remember that Davide Corsetti (equipe) also did some bonnet protection plates for next to the hinges, now probably found under his other (newer) company "corsetti engineering".
