Led illuminated door sill scuff plates

I have searched high and low for the thread I stumbled across ages ago where someone had installed Led door sill scuff plates. Can anyone steer me in the right direction with an AULRO link or link to the product. It's not the logo puddle light.

Look what I found. Says for disco 4. Is there a difference with the disco 3 normally with scuff plates?

Can anyone tell me if/why there would be a difference between a disco 3 and disco 4 door sill plate?
