Auto Windows and Int. Rear Wiper

There are 2 "modern" niceties I'd like in my Defender.

1st is auto up/down windows. Not automatic like it reads my mind and knows when I want it up or down but more one press to go fully down or up like most other cars.

The other is to have the rear wiper switch on as an intermittent mode with the dedicated switch but still goes normal full speed with the washer switch.

Does anyone know if these can be achieved easily? Changing a relay or with a kit from Jaycar maybe?

The rear wiper can be almost done, with either a VW relay replacement or I think with a jumper on the OEM relay.
Do a search on Defender.net as its been covered on there.

Found the thread on Def2 will be doing the rear wiper on the weekend.

1st one is 8 pages and has some other good stuff in it like variable front wiper mod.
