Anybody eat Queenfish or Golden Trevally????
They are catching Queenies at Exmouth at the moment.Ive always regarded them as great fun to catch,and great fun to see swim away.
Any recipes???

Fish cakes taste pretty good with any fish , exept maybe northern shark .
Mix with mash potatoe & whatever spices you like .

Neither will bake or fry like coral trout but target the recipe to the flesh and enjoy!
