About time too. I only ever charge what it costs me, 1.9% if you are standing in front of me, or 2.5% if you're paying over the phone,and I don't always charge.

There are those that say you (as a business owner) should just accept those surcharges "as just a cost of doing business". I don't necessarily agree though, a cost of doing business it may be (and card payment is definitely the norm), but the cost has to be built in somewhere.
